We want you to love your Jenuine Feelings Co. items. Here’s how refunds and returns work:

Print-on-Demand Products

Because our products are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
Size issues
Color preferences
Buyer’s remorse
Please double-check sizing charts and product details before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will request:
A photo of the item
A description of the issue
Your order number
After verification, we will issue a replacement at no cost to you.

Lost Shipments

If your item is lost in transit, please notify us. We will work with the fulfillment partner to reship when appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled after they enter production (typically within hours of purchase).

Incorrect Addresses

We are not responsible for items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
